01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 202 pub website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 202 pub platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21+ years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 202 pub strictly prohibits access by minors.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 202 pub or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 202 pub, or an immediate family member of such a person.

202 pub reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 202 pub platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 202 pub is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not;
• Immediately notifying 202 pub if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

202 pub will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 202 pub that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the 202 pub platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 202 pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 202 pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section;
• Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours;
• 202 pub reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts.

Anti-Money Laundering: 202 pub complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Funds deposited on the platform must originate from legitimate sources owned by the account holder.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

202 pub may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met;
• 202 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account termination.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 202 pub platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 202 pub immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 202 pub staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or systems.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the 202 pub platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 202 pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any 202 pub trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 202 pub shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or errors in game software that are beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subject to change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 202 pub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. In all other cases, 202 pub's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09 Responsible Gaming

202 pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

202 pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon termination for cause, 202 pub reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

202 pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes;

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 202 pub, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 202 pub from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
